Surviving to Thriving After Abuse..

MODULE 1

Module 1: Creating your Map

Gain clarity on your current situation and the outcome you desire. Uncover and overcome the barriers that have been blocking your healing so you can move forward. Begin crafting a plan to start your journey.

MODULE 2

Module 2: Unmasking Abuse

Explore different types of abuse and manipulation tactics. Learn to identify narcissistic behaviours and their traits. Understand the short and long-term effects of abuse. This awareness gives you clarity, validates your feelings and helps you see how past abuse impacts your life, so then you can begin to heal.

Module 3: Letting go of the past

Delve into your past with targeted exercises to help you make sense of what happened. Find peace, gain closure, and start a new chapter. This will allow you to heal and let go so you can turn the page to your new chapter.

Module 4: Journey to Self Discovery

This is a journey to finding yourself and discovering more about yourself. This will allow you to uncover your confidence, fall in love with yourself and nurture a deeper relationship with yourself. This will help you feel more comfortable, confident and at peace with who you are.

Module 5: Scars of Abuse

Understand the common after effects of trauma, like anxiety, OCD, indecisiveness, addictions and more. Explore how past experiences shape behaviours, beliefs, and emotions, giving you insight into your current struggles. Learn practical tools to overcome these, helping you heal and move forward.

MODULE 6

Module 6: Healing Your Fear Muscle

Explore how trauma can alter your response to fear, this will allow you to better understand your reactions and behaviours. Learn strategies to heal your relationship with fear and overcome fear. So fear is no longer holding you back. 

MODULE 7

Module 7: Becoming Your True Self

This is about going back home to who you were born to be. Explore how conditioning and limiting beliefs have shaped you. Clear old beliefs, discover the different parts of yourself. Build new beliefs to support your new life. This will allow you to let go of the words of the abuser, and live as you freely.

Module 8: Manual for your mind

Get back in the driver seat of your mind. Use practical tools to identify and change past triggers and emotional patterns. This gives you your power back so you have control over your thoughts and emotions, which will allow you to feel the way you want.

Module 9: Ignite Passion and Design Your Future

Discover your passion and purpose, and define your happiness. Create a clear vision for your future with a step-by-step goal-setting workshop. Learn to overcome obstacles and turn your dreams into reality. This will give you clarity, motivation and a plan in place going forward. 

MODULE 10

Module 10: Spring Clean Your Habits

Assess your current habits and identify those that no longer serve you. Replace them with positive habits that support your goals and desired life. This will ensure your habits align with your long-term vision and sustain your progress.

I'm Mona Samiy

Hi, I'm Mona, a domestic abuse recovery coach. After my abusive relationship I was in a really dark place, I was depressed and suicidal and I couldn’t find a way out. The words of my abuser would play in my mind on repeat. I had no confidence, no self-worth, I was an empty shell of the person I used to be.
